This is the starting point for BodyFix. Your session is designed to understand your main concern, observe how your body is moving, and begin corrective hands-on work with a clear plan.

Complete your intake

Please complete your BodyFix Intake Form in full before your appointment so your session can be prepared properly.

Step 02

Wear assessment-friendly clothing

Choose clothing that allows posture, movement, and body alignment to be observed clearly while keeping you comfortable and appropriately covered.

Step 03

Arrive ready to focus

Be ready to discuss your main concern, what has been changing, what you have tried before, and what you want your body to feel like.

WHAT TO WEAR

Clothing for Your Assessment

For men, shorts with a tank top, sleeveless shirt, or fitted shirt are preferred. For women, shorts with a sports bra, fitted tank top, or fitted athletic top are preferred.

If you are more comfortable with additional coverage, you may wear a loose shirt, loose athletic pants, or loose yoga pants. Please avoid jeans, belts, heavy fabrics, or restrictive clothing.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

Assessment First. Method If It Fits.

Your BodyFix Assessment may include medical consultation, postural exam, movement review, range of motion observation, focused hands-on corrective bodywork, and a recommendation for your next step.

If you begin the 10-session BodyFix Structural Methodâ„¢ within 7 days of your assessment, your $250 Assessment Session may be credited toward the full program.
