Website Use
The website supports education, booking, and client preparation.
Educational content
The website and social media content are provided for general information and education. They are not medical advice and do not create a provider-client relationship until an appointment is booked and accepted.
Accuracy and updates
BodyFix aims to keep information current, but website content, pricing, services, offers, hours, and availability may change.
Intellectual property
BodyFix names, copy, design language, graphics, patterns, service structure, and educational content belong to BodyFix unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the website, copy proprietary materials, interfere with site function, or use BodyFix content in a misleading or unauthorized way.

Service Terms
Clear service terms protect the client experience and the clinic schedule.
Booking
Appointments must be booked online, except for rebooking in person immediately before or after a currently booked session that was originally booked online.
Service fit
BodyFix may determine that a requested service is not appropriate and may recommend a different service, require medical clearance, reschedule, or decline service.
Pricing and offers
Pricing, packages, programs, founding member access, maintenance care, and credits are governed by the current offer terms, booking record, or written agreement.
Results and expectations
BodyFix does not guarantee specific results. Client outcomes depend on many factors including history, consistency, lifestyle, medical status, and participation.
ADMINISTRATIVE
Payments, Cancellations, and Changes
These terms give BodyFix room to operate clearly as the business grows.
Payment authorization
Clients may be required to maintain payment information through a booking/payment processor. Charges may apply for missed appointments, late cancellations, programs, memberships, or services according to current policy.
Business changes
BodyFix may update services, policies, prices, location, hours, booking rules, availability, or operating procedures as the clinic develops.
Closures and interruptions
BodyFix may pause, cancel, reschedule, relocate, or modify services due to illness, emergency, weather, facility issues, technology problems, force majeure, or causes outside reasonable control.
Disputes
Clients agree to communicate concerns directly and promptly so BodyFix can review records, clarify policy, and attempt to resolve issues professionally.
