Please make sure there is clean, quiet, private space for a professional massage table setup before your appointment time.

Have parking instructions, gate codes, building access, elevator details, and any special directions ready so the session can begin smoothly.
FIRST MOBILE SESSION
Assessment-style when needed.
If this is your first BodyFix mobile session, your appointment may include medical consultation, posture and movement review, range of motion observation, discussion of your main concern, and focused hands-on corrective bodywork.
Repeat mobile sessions may be used as standalone corrective bodywork sessions based on your current needs.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Corrective bodywork at your location.
Your session may include myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, stretching, mobility-focused bodywork, and structural integration-style techniques based on what your body needs that day.
WHAT TO WEAR
Move comfortably. Arrive assessment-ready.
For the best experience, wear comfortable clothing that allows posture, movement, and body alignment to be observed when needed. Shorts with a tank top, fitted shirt, sports bra, or fitted athletic top are ideal.
If you prefer more coverage, you may wear a loose shirt, loose athletic pants, or loose yoga pants. Please avoid jeans, belts, heavy fabrics, or restrictive clothing.
MOBILE SETUP
Clean, quiet, private space.
Please make sure there is enough clean space for a professional massage table setup. The space should be quiet, private, and appropriate for professional bodywork.
ACCESS DETAILS
Ground floor or elevator preferred.
Because professional mobile setup requires equipment, ground-floor access or elevator access is preferred. If your location has stairs, please let BodyFix know in advance. A $50 stair-access fee may apply per session.
A FUTURE PRIVATE OPTION
The full BodyFix process can also be delivered privately.
For clients who later want the complete BodyFix process at home, BodyFix is developing the Private Mobile BodyFix Structural Method™: a premium 10-session in-home corrective bodywork program delivered at an approved location.
Program Investment: $3,000
This option is not required and is not for everyone. If you may be a good fit, BodyFix may discuss it with you after your session.
