Access approval
Elevator or easy access is preferred. Stairs, difficult access, or special building requirements may need approval before the appointment.
BodyFix reserves the right to decline or cancel any mobile session if the location, access, behavior, or situation is not appropriate or safe.

Private payment options
Payment is handled through the secure booking system. Cash, check, or approved bank transfer may be available by request for selected clients or larger programs.
Package access, session credits, or program access are activated only after payment is confirmed or cleared.

During this private launch period, selected clients may be invited to become part of the Founding Member list for BodyFix.
Founding access is limited and is intended for clients who value the work, want to support the early BodyFix clinic launch, and may want ongoing corrective bodywork care after the clinic opens.
Founding pricing and benefits are private, limited, non-transferable, and only available while the client remains active and in good standing. Not every private mobile client will automatically become a Founding Member.
